Refund Policy

Sakina is a digital service. Paid access — the ability to send interests, receive matches, and use messaging — is granted instantly upon successful payment.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any subscription payment, including:

  • the initial payment on a new subscription,
  • any renewal payment on an existing subscription,
  • periods during which you did not actively use the service,
  • accounts suspended or closed for violations of our Terms.

Recurring billing. Every subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual) renews automatically at the end of its period until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize PayPal to charge you at each renewal.

Cancellation is done inside your PayPal account: open Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, find Sakina Access, and click Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

The current period is non-refundable. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current paid period, even if there is time remaining.

Chargebacks and disputes. Because access is provided immediately and this policy is disclosed at checkout, disputes and chargebacks filed for reasons contrary to this policy will be contested. We retain records of your consent to these terms at the time of subscription along with your platform usage as evidence.

Exceptions. We may issue an equitable adjustment only in narrowly defined cases of duplicate accidental payment on the same day or verified platform-side failure to deliver access. Such adjustments are at our sole discretion.
